PERRY Street Under-16s football team held out to clinch a 4-3 victory over their counterparts from West and Middle Chinnock.
Perry Street raced into a 3-0 lead playing some good football in difficult conditions.
Woodland scored the first, Bond pounced for number two with Sheahan scoring the third with a great finish.
Chinnock fought hard and scored when a shot hit the bar and rebounded off the unlucky O’Connor’s head and into the net.
Skipper Baker added number four with the home side then missing a penalty which may have made the game safe.
Chinnock rallied and added two goals to set up a frantic last five minutes.
