BOWLS: Donyatt beat the Exiles DONYATT played a friendly at home to the evergreen Exiles from the Stour Vale club at Gillingham in Dorset last Saturday.
Ever since that club folded ten years ago, this band of their ex-players have continued to play together at all away venues.
The game was played in a fine spirit greatly enjoyed and Donyatt won on five rinks out of the six and by a heavy margin off 140 shots to 88 overall.

On Sunday, the Somerset County Indoor Bowls Association played against the Outdoor County Executive at Donyatt. The SCIBA won overall by 117 shots to 111.
