Chard Town came out on top in a six-goal thriller in their latest Somerset County League Premier Division fixture.
The Robins showed no ill affects of their home defeat against Bishops Sutton a week earlier as they put six past Uphill Castle.
Oliver Board and Joseph Chamberlain both scored twice each and James Boyland and Conor Fielder also got in on the act as they won 6-3.
It’s early days in the league, but after seven games they are seventh, two points outside the play offs but they have played a game more than Staplegrove and Clevedon United above them.
Chard have a rare away game this weekend having had three successive home games.
They travel to Worle who themselves defeated Watchet Town 3-2 at the weekend.
