CHARD Town FC has confirmed its new main sponsor.
Devon Truck Show will support the Zembard Lane club for the next two years (until the end of the 2025/26 season).
A spokesperson said: “We are pleased to announce that Devon Truck Show is our new main sponsor for the next two seasons.
“It's great to see a local business backing the football club.”
Devon Truck Show is the biggest event of its type in the South West.
The event will return to Smeatharpe Airfield near Honiton on May 24 and 25, 2025, and will feature hundreds of show trucks, monster truck rides, a kid's area with face painting and circus workshops, live music from bands including The Wurzels, a trade shopping area and a Wall of Death motorcycle stunt show.
An event spokesperson said: “The Devon Truck Show prides itself on offering more than your average truck show. Whilst raising funds for local charities and community groups.
“With Live Music on both nights, Stunt Shows, Monster Truck Rides, Food Stalls, On-site Bar, Merchandise and so much more it becomes a weekend away! Also offering some of the cheapest weekend camping tickets in Devon during spring.”
The club's previous shirt sponsor was Scott Rowe Solicitors, which has offices in Axminster, Lyme Regis and Chard.
