CAROLINE Faithfull returned with 10 medals from the recent European Championships for swimmers with Down Syndrome, held in Paris.
Faithfull, who lives in South Petherton and trains at Taunton Deane Swimming Club, picked up gold in the 800m freestyle, silvers in the 200m freestyle and 200m backstroke, and a bronze in the 100m freestyle.
As a member of the relay teams she also added another gold, three silvers and two bronze medals to her haul.
Faithfull is now hoping to make it to next July’s World Championships, which are to take place in Nova Scotia, Canada.
