Meanwhile Bashers scored an excellent 18 pin win at Remoulds and join Strugglers, Pythons and Otters in the semi-final draw.
In the Goodman Cup Catherine Wheel made a shock exit, going down to Division B side Flopper Knockers by 23 pins.
Odd Balls beat stablemates Dam Busters by 14 pins. Novices notched up a rare away win against Hopefuls, winning by 21 pins.
Edward Woollacott was man of the match for Granddads Army as his spare at the end of the match saw them beat Half Moon by just three pins.
