RUGBY: Holyrood storm through to second round of Somerset cup
HOLYROOD Academy’s Year 11 team beat Bridgwater College 43-0 in the first round of the Somerset county cup.
After a slow start Holyrood found their rhythm in the first half against a very pacy but lightweight Bridgwater side.
Standout performances came from Adam Moore, Silas Vickery, Jacob Mee and Emil Szydetko.
Try scorers: Scott Davis (2), Adam Moore (2), Emil Szydetko, Joe Mainwaring and Jacob Mee. Conversions were added by Szydetko (3) and Mainwaring.
