WILLIAM Baron, 75, of Longstone Close, Nether Stowey, was found guilty of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at his home.
Baron, also known as Colin Bunker, received a 12-month conditional discharge.
He must also pay a £22 victim surcharge with £300 costs.
DRIVING a vehicle while she was not in a position to have proper control earned a motorist six penalty points.
Hellie Emma Linscott, 34, of Mill Road, Barton St David, had denied committing the offence in Ilchester Road, Yeovil, on November 2 last year.
After being found guilty by magistrates, Linscott ws fined £220 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £135 costs.
MARIANNE Joan Partin, 59, of Faversham Avenue, Bridgwater, avoided a driving ban when the totting up rules were removed in her case for speeding.
She admitted speeding in a 40mph zone in Exeter on December 9.
Magistrates handed her three penalty points, but did not ban her as it would have caused hardship for her mother and made it difficult to visit a family member in hospital.
Partin was fined £100 with a £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
