THE Ilminster Town Reserves team has been crowned Perry Street and District Football League Division One winners.
This was made official following a defeat on Tuesday night (April 30) for Forton Rangers Reserves, who are no longer able to reach the Ilminster points tally.
The club wants to recognise the achievements of Andy Moore and Josh Jackson in securing a second promotion in two seasons, following their success with the A Team last season.
Their efforts this season have seen the reserves bounce back to the premier division at the first time of asking.
A message from the club also read: “We would also like to take the opportunity to thank our club sponsors, Spar Ilminster & Strength Obsession, and also our reserve team sponsors, Ben Russell Salon & Minster Bathrooms.”
