FOR anyone who has caught the snooker bug after watching on your televisions in recent weeks, Ilminster Snooker Club is reminding you that you can come and play locally.
Ilminster has two full size snooker tables which are fitted with under table heating which means they are always consistent, and it makes them one of the only clubs in the South West to have this.
The tables are looked after and maintained to a high standard with them being recovered every two years.
A club spokesperson said: "If you are new to snooker or just want to play or practice, we advise you make contact with Mark Seddon who will meet and greet you.
"Mark will run through the club give you the key points to the snooker set up. We welcome all ages and abilities to come and enjoy the facility."
Coaching is available from the club members so if you are interested, contact the snooker representative Mark Seddon for further details or visit the website.
