ILMINSTER Town Council has relocated its office to the Old Magistrates Court in East Street and shared its new opening hours.
The town council can now be found between Milford & Dormor and Broomhead & Saul, two solicitors' offices.
Members of the public can visit the new office between 11am and 2pm on weekdays.
On August 22, an Ilminster Town Council spokesperson said: “We've now moved into our new office at the Old Magistrates Court which is located on the driveway between Milford & Dormor and Broomhead & Saul.
“Our new office opening hours are 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Pedestrian access to and from Ile Court via the driveway is now possible during our working hours.”
The council's office was previously located in North Street and was open between 10am and 12pm.
The council has several functions, including managing the cemetery, looking after open spaces (such as Britten's Field and Herne Hill), and maintaining play areas and street furniture.
