A SCHOOL in Chard is looking to hold a reunion to try to build information about its history.

Lucy Such, who has been working at the Holyrood office as data administrator for 11 years, said she was inspired to organise a reunion for her year group.

She said: “It has been 25 years since we left, I now work at the school and am working with the head to try and build the history of Holyrood School and it inspired me to hold a reunion for my year group.

“We would like as many people as possible to attend, including teachers from 1999.

“An invite went out on Facebook from Lisa Freeman.

“It will be held in the dining hall of the Bennett Building (the old swimming pool) at Holyrood.

“The Holyrood PTFA will be selling refreshments.”
