An 'award-winning restaurant' a guest house that used to be a church and a pizza parlour are among the businesses listed for sale on Rightmove.

Here are five Chard businesses that are currently for sale on Rightmove. It includes a recently refurbished restaurant in Ilminster, a former hairdresser, and an investment opportunity on Chard High Street is all on offer for the right buyer.

Chard.

1. Bath House Hotel.

28 Holyrood Street, Chard, Somerset, TA20 2AH is listed for £800,000.

The advert says the Grade II listed building is an 'award-winning and a long-standing restaurant.'

For your money, you get six modern en-suite bedrooms, walk-in cold storage a character Grade II Listed building and allocated parking. 

It is being sold by estate agents Christie & Co, listed on Rightmove. 2. The Belfry Guest House in Yarcombe.

This property is listed for £665,000 and includes seven ensuite guest/owner’s bedrooms.

The building has planning permission for a change of use to a dwelling. The guest house was originally the village school built in the late 1860s.
