A BOWLING club is joining an event this weekend to give those taking part the opportunity to try the sport for free.
Chard Bowling Club will be participating in the Big Bowls weekend on Saturday, May 25.
The event will take place from noon to 4pm.
The aim is to give people the opportunity to try bowls for free. All equipment is provided, and those who take part can just bring/wear flat-soled shoes.
The event will take place at Chard Bowling Club TA201ED.
Refreshments will be available.
