A CHARD brewery is gearing up for an open day as the owners prepare the official opening of their taproom.
Tapstone Brewery, run by James Davies and Johno Boyd, will hold the event on Saturday, May 11.
A message from the owners read: “What sets Tapstone apart is not just their handcrafted beers but also the passion and dedication poured into every brew.
“James, with a long background in brewing, hand-built the brewery from scratch, demonstrating unwavering commitment to his craft.
“When joined by Johno, the journey became smoother, and Tapstone Brewery began to flourish.
“The heart of Tapstone's ethos lies in the relentless pursuit of flavour and quality.
“With brews like Sea Monster, Wild Woods, and Voodoo Juice, we've captivated beer enthusiasts far and wide."
They also said they are embarking on new ventures, including canning their beer for wider distribution and cultivating their own variety of hops.
Now, as they prepare to open their taproom, the excitement is mounting.
With plans to offer a unique experience for patrons, featuring a variety of their signature brews alongside local craft ciders, gins, and wines, Tapstone Brewery is poised to become a hub for beer aficionados and locals alike.
The official opening celebrations will kick off at 12pm, with the renowned Oconee Bell Band taking the stage at 3.30 pm, providing upbeat bluegrass tunes that are sure to delight attendees.
