A PRIMARY school has unveiled its “newest marvel” to parents and community members.
Hinton St George opened its doors to present the Biodome, an installation built on the school’s field to study and understand the environment.
With the Biodome, pupils will learn the behaviour of different plants and ecosystems.
A spokesperson for the school said: “On the 5th of March, Hinton St George Primary School opened its doors to excited parents and community members for an exclusive unveiling of their newest marvel: the Biodome.
“Parents and members of the community were invited to take a first look at the installation, which has been built on the school's field.
“The Biodome creates a perfect environment for plants, animals, and insects, and it allows for the learning of behaviour of different kinds of plants and ecosystems.
“Pupils of Hinton St George will be using the Biodome to increase their awareness and understanding of hydroponics and sustainability.”
