CHARD Churches Together is inviting residents to the Beacon on Saturday, December 3 to see the lighting up of the Nativity Scene Silhouettes made by Men's Shed.
The event will take place at 4pm and the group will meet at Manor Court School to walk in procession with a host of Angels and Shepherds to the Beacon to sing Carols.
Hot chocolate will be served free of charge.
Children are invited to dress in costumes as angels and shepherds or even sheep.
There will also be three new Golden Angels in Chard town centre.
