MORE than 200 people were at the Reggae Night live band event in Chard last week (Saturday 24).
Troy Ellis & His Hail Jamaica Band rocked the town by performing original music and cover versions from some of the greatest pioneers of reggae music.
Troy and his band created waves on platforms such as London's Royal Albert Hall, Jazz World Stage, and Glastonbury Festival, just to name a few.
Steve Westwood from Apple FM, Drive Time, was on the turntable, keeping the vibes going before the band, at intermission, and after the band.
The event was held in a large marquee on the cricket ground.
The Reggae Night supported mental health by selling raffle tickets and all proceeds went to Mind.org.uk.
