COOMBE Farm Organic scooped three Great Taste Awards, including the elite 3-star award for their slow-grown Organic Whole Goose.
The team at Coombe Farm Organic is celebrating coming in the top 1.5 per cent of more than 14,000 entries at this year’s Great Taste Awards.
The Somerset organic farm, and online butchery is Soil Association certified and combines an organic, sustainable farming approach and minimal waste philosophy to produce award-winning slow-grown organic meat.
The Organic Whole Goose won the elite 3-star Great Taste award, given to just 241 of the 14,205 entries.
Also, put through the paces of the competition’s rigorous blind judging process was the Organic Fillet of Beef and Organic Stuffed Turkey Crown which were awarded a Great Taste 1-star, bestowed on ‘food and drink that delivers fantastic flavour’.
The Organic Whole Goose and Organic Stuffed Turkey Crown will be available for pre-order from the 1 of September for Christmas 2022.
