THE Winsham Street Fair took place on Saturday, June 25.
The event took place between 11am and 4pm.
The street fair committee left a message on social media to celebrate the event: “A very big thank you to all the volunteers for giving their time up to steward the car parking and road closures, litter picking, and tidy up; Gordon Judge for assisting John Llewellyn put out the road closure signs (and attending a course to allow them to do so).
“Richard Moss for the sign distribution; Phil Washbourne for transporting equipment; “Floyd for setting up and manning the sound system, Purple Hire Solutions for the use of generators and loos. All the stall holders and food vendors.
“The Seatrees, Kelly Leigh School of Dance, Mitchell, and Vincent for entertaining us, Winsham Primary School for their opening song.
“The Bell Inn for their support and after a hectic day continued to provide entertainment through the evening. All the donators of raffles prizes. No doubt have forgotten some but thank you all, your help is very much appreciated by us.
“We really hope everyone that attended the day enjoyed themselves.”
