THE Seavingtons Platinum Jubilee Fete took place yesterday, Saturday, June 4.
The event run from 2pm to 5pm, on Seavington Playing Field, and included a variety of activities.
There was an exhibition of classic vehicles and an exhibition of Seavington photographs, including some from the recently discovered Sydney Vaux Collection.
There also was a free Children's Craft Tent, sponsored by Jason Whitehead, Painter & St Michael’s Church, free traditional fete games sponsored by Judith Church, piano teacher.
The free Crown Competition was sponsored by Finca Teacher Led Childcare.
Other activities included a fun dog show and the Ilminster Ukulele Club.
