ST MARGARET’S Hospice Care is inviting families across Somerset to enjoy a day of family fun and help them to raise funds to support patients and their families.
The hospice’s Summer Fete will be jam-packed with fun activities for the whole family to enjoy including a variety of stalls selling food, plants, homemade crafts, a barbecue, and much more.
There will also be a children’s play area and a tearoom.
This year’s fete is proudly sponsored by Amicus Law and Garador and it takes place at the Yeovil Hospice on Saturday, May 28 from 11am and 3pm.
Kerry Baillie, Community Partnerships Manager for St Margaret’s Hospice, said: “We are really excited to welcome people to this year’s Summer Fete and help them to enjoy a day of family fun.
“We want everyone who comes along to have fun and learn more about the brilliant work the hospice does to support people across Somerset.
"We had a great time at our 2021 fete, and we would love to see lots of people at this year’s event so please pop down, it’s guaranteed a fun day out for all the family.”
Entry to the Summer Fete costs just £2.50 for adults and children under 14 can enter for free.
The money raised from the event will go directly towards caring for and supporting patients across Somerset.
There is also free parking available in Aldon Fields with a mini-bus service to and from the hospice if needed.
