AN 89-year-old woman from Chard is knitting children’s clothes to help two good causes.
Kathleen Heard 89-year-old from Chard is knitting children’s garments for charity and the latest collection will be divided between Ukraine and a newborn baby charity in the UK.
Mrs Heard is a Methodist church parishioner and would welcome donations of wool of any colour, ready to be knitted.
