A WELL-KNOWN bodybuilder from Chard is organising his first bodybuilding event in September.
Chris 'Hulk' Williams is organising an IBFA South West event at Exeter Corn Exchange, called World War Hulk.
The event is set to be family friendly, with Chris organising activities for children, such as face-painting.
“I never thought I would be asked to organise an event so when I was asked, I didn’t know what to say," he said.
"I’ve literally hit the ground running so far and everyone has got behind it. I am quite impressed with how its going.
"I want to make it a family event, so there is less stress on the parents and everyone has a fun day."
During 2022, Chris decided to take a year off from bodybuilding and so has said the event is giving him motivation to stay a part of the bodybuilding world.
