Organisers of South Petherton Carnival say it was a 'wonderful' carnival on September 14 and they would like to thank everyone for coming to support it.

The carnival took place on Saturday and is the largest village-illuminated carnival in Somerset.

Organisers would like to thank C and D South West for providing a collection vehicle once again and for emptying all the buckets at the end and for everyone who carried a collecting bucket around on the evening and anyone who took a collecting bucket around.
