Beechwood Care Home hosted a successful 1950s-themed event uniting residents, families, and the community.
The event, which was held on August 27, showcased talented singers and when a performer fell ill, the staff ensured continuous entertainment for all.
Attendees also enjoyed cocktails and participated in a raffle.
Manager Kayleigh Foster, said: "It was heartwarming to see our residents having such a great time with their families."
The event honoured the essence of community and cheerful interaction.
Beechwood Care Home is also offering daycare at the rate of £60 per day, including free tester sessions, to the community.
The care home recently organised a bowling session.
Family members appreciated the function's happy atmosphere.
One relative said: "It was wonderful to see everyone come together and enjoy themselves.
"We're very happy with the care Mum receives here, and she has made some wonderful friends."
The care home is now looking forward to hosting similar events in the future, endorsing communal happiness and unity.
