New outdoor play areas have been developed at South Somerset's National Trust properties.
In Lytes Cary Manor and Montacute House, creative new play equipment has been added to boost the visitor experience.
Lytes Cary Manor's White Walk, a favoured route for guests, now features an expanded Natural Play Trail.
Increased interactive elements include a large hammock swing, rope traverse, giant bug, boards, and stepping logs, most of which are made from wood to blend with the woodland surroundings.
Over at Montacute House, new small play areas have also been unveiled.
Close to West Drive, in a picnic spot under a canopy of tall trees, a new slide, stepping logs, and stepping beam have been installed.
Another addition is located behind the Cedar Lawn where relaxation loungers and hammocks perfect for cloud gazing have been introduced.
Andrea Hirt, operations manager at Lytes Cary Manor, said: "We are so pleased to see families enjoying the new natural play equipment here.
"The rope traverse and giant bug seem to be particularly popular – we hope the additional elements encourage even more exploration and imaginative games.
"As we want visitors to enjoy the White Walk year-round, we have made a lot of improvements to the pathway through the wood as well, which will hopefully make it easier for people to navigate during the different seasons."
Summer of Play games and activities are also taking place during the school holidays at both locations.
