The Wambrook Flower Show is taking place this weekend.
The high point of the summer calendar in Wambrook for over a century will be held at the Tithe Barn at Cotley House at 2.30pm.
Known for its award-winning flowers, vegetables, preserves, and cakes, the event showcases a feast of creativity, from amateur photography and painting to sculpture, models, and written word.
Prizes are also given for poetry and prose.
People in the Chard and Ilminster area can enjoy live music from Steel the Show, the Blackdown Hills Steel Band, over tea and cake.
Attendees can test their luck at the tombola and a raffle, with all proceeds donated to the Church of St Mary the Virgin, Wambrook, and the Riding for the Disabled Association.
