Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service at Chard Fire Station held a training exercise at Holyrood Academy in Chard on Wednesday night (July 3).
They went to Holyrood academy for a breathing apparatus training drill focusing on hose management.
This training was relating to the risks in the area of large commercial buildings and was following on from an exercise at Numatic international.
Crews were tasked with taking charged 51mm attack jet through a route simulating deep entry into a commercial building to locate the fire.
The attack jet consisted of 7 lengths of 51mm. A spokesman for Chard Fire Station said: "This was really hard work but the teams worked really well together to get to the objective in good time.
"A big thanks to the Site team at Holyrood for allowing us the opportunity to train off station, it is really appreciated."
