A HISTORIC pub nestled in a charming Somerset village has gone up for sale.
The Mildmay Arms free house, found in Queen Camel, near Yeovil, is looking for new landlords, with an asking price of £550,000.
According to BusinessesForSale.com, the pub features two character bars with seating for 48 people, and a restaurant for a further 30.
It also boasts three en-suite letting rooms, a function room with skittle alley, as well as a garden & patio with seating for up to 90 people.
The Mildmay Arms also benefits from its own forecourt parking, and has four bedroom accomodation for the prospective owners.
A spokesperson for Sidney Phillips Ltd said: "The Mildmay Arms is a fine, stone built village free house with rooms occupying a central position in the quality village of Queen Camel.
"The village lies close to the Dorset border, just off the Sparkford roundabout (A303 London to West Country trunk road)."
