A LOCAL shop held a special and fun-filled late night Christmas event for residents.
On November 30, Thorncombe Village Shop opened late, offering customers, both old and new, an opportunity to taste its range of wines and spirits, as well as enjoy a range of nibbles.
The Little Boutique also provided them a chance for some early-bird Christmas shopping, and was filled with a number of beautiful items.
Adding festive flair, Santa Claus made a special appearance, securing Christmas dinner for himself and the reindeer by winning the raffle prize - which was a large box of vegetables.
The event provided a joyful start to the Christmas season.
