A VILLAGE pub is celebrating three accolades for culinary excellence.
The Candlelight Inn, in Bishopswood, in the Blackdown Hills, has won a spot as a finalist in two prestigious national awards as well as being awarded its second AA rosette.
Head chef Charlotte Vincent is in the running for the titles of National Chef of the Year and the Great British Pub Chef of the Year.
Charlotte's recognition is put down to her "dedication to her craft, inventive culinary prowess and unwavering commitment to sourcing local and seasonal ingredients".
She said: "Being recognised on a national stage is an immense honour.
"It is a testament to the incredible team at The Candlelight, who pour their hearts into every dish we serve."

Charlotte, who has appeared on the Great British Menu, began her culinary career with the army before working alongside celebrity chef Michael Caines.
Meanwhile, owner Mike Rose says the second AA rosette reflects the pub's commitment to delivering "exceptional dining experiences".
He said: "We are humbled and overjoyed by this second rosette.
"It reflects the hard work and passion that every member of our team invests in providing an unforgettable dining journey for our guests."
