CREWKERNE Farmers Markets returned once again at the weekend and once again it was a resounding success.
Locals and people from further afield went along to sample some of the best local produce to the are.
A spokesperson from the Farmers Markets Somerset said: "We enjoyed fine weather, a steady flow of customers resulting in happy and smiling producers - thank you!
"It was great to receive a heart warming email from a visitor to the market who stopped by whilst on holiday. They wanted to let us know how much they enjoyed their Whiskey Marmalade from Neil's Award Winning Preserves,
"We love hearing such positive feedback from visitors and it got us thinking how lucky we are to be able to enjoy the incredible food and drink produced locally all year round."
The Crewkerne Farmers Markets will return next month.
"As always, we are looking forward to sharing with you the very best of local seasonal produce, with apples, pears and pumpkins too making an appearance."
