AROUND 60 people attended a networking breakfast last week.
On Tuesday (August 23), guests who work in business attended the event at Monks Yard, near Ilminster.
Visitors were able to enjoy some informal networking over a welcome drink before sitting down to enjoy their choice of breakfast.
Each table had a designated table head to enable people to introduce themselves, giving guests the opportunity to hear from others, learn about their businesses, highlight their own companies and organisations and make meaningful connections.
Emma Rawlings, Chief Executive of Somerset Chamber of Commerce, said: “Our breakfast networking events are always popular and this one proved to be no different!
“It’s a great way to start the day and I’d like to thank our sponsor and everyone who supported the event.”
The breakfast event was sponsored by Block Workspace Taunton and the company’s Head of Marketing, Lisa Brammer, explained how the firm offered businesses a flexible way of working that encouraged community and a healthy work/life culture.
