CREWS tackled a chimney fire near Yeovil this afternoon (April 2).
The incident took place at a property in Martock around 3pm.
The fire was extinguished by a fire engine from Yeovil at around 4.45pm.
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews from Yeovil attended a chimney fire in a domestic property in Martock.
"The fire was extinguished using chimney gear, a 135 ladder, roof ladder, and a thermal imaging camera."
