THE A358 at Hatch Beauchamp will be closed to traffic for 15 nights from next week.

Somerset County Council has ordered the closure of the section of the Ilminster Road from Monday (March 14) until Friday, April 1.

The restrictions will last daily from 6.30pm until 7am the following morning.

Traffic will be prohibited from using the road from 110 metres south east of the junction with Langport Road, south eastwards for an overall distance of 6.06km.

The order is being put in place to allow Milestone Infrastructure to carry out resurfacing works.
