GUESTS enjoyed an evening celebrating the fabulous 40s at Haselbury Mill at the weekend.
People dressed accordingly to fit in with the decade theme and had a bright and vibrant evening.
There was music from Bertie’s Big Band and a top quality two-course vintage-themed buffet in the Great Tithe Barn.
A spokesmerson from the Mill said: "The 1940’s night is an annual event held at Haselbury Mill and this was by far the best one to date.
"Everybody looked absolutely fantastic and Bertie’s Big Band were incredible. We’re really looking forward to our Cuban Night it March."
As you can see from the pictures, there were people dressed as civilians and military as prizes for best dress were awarded.
It must have been hard to judge best dressed though, as everyone put in a great effort.
