ANTIQUES at the the ready, as Dickinson's Real Deal is returning to Somerset - and the advert is a real bobbly dazzler!
Helping encourage people to bring their unwanted artifacts to the The Tropicana in Weston-super-Mare this month during the ad is Chard's 'Mini Duke', Seth Dellow.
The former Holyrood School student became a star of the silver screen when he appeared on the show filmed at the Steam museum in Swindon in 2017, where he got to meet his idol, host David Dickinson, who gave him the nickname.
Now, his impersonation of the antiques legend makes the cut in an ad on social media letting people know about filming for the ITV show at the Regent Street venue next Saturday, October 16.
It runs from 8am to 5pm.
A spokesperson for the show said: "Weston-Super-Mare get ready for the Duke's return!
"Tropicana Weston will once again be our gracious hosts as you beat the dealers and leave with your pockets full of cash."
The ad features Seth's impersonation of The Duke, which was shown in 2017 after the youngster's appearance on the show.
Seth said then: “It was a brilliant experience to see David Dickinson and be filmed for the show.
“They were really polite and the whole day was something I had been waiting to do for a long time, especially to meet my idol David Dickinson, who even called me The Mini Duke because of my interest in antiques and the fact his nickname is the Duke.”
David Dickinson rose to fame as the presenter of BBC One’s Bargain Hunt between 2000 and 2004.
