A VEHICLE caught fire in a Somerset village last night (August 16).
Two fire engines from Yeovil and Somerton attended the incident in Ilchester.
The fire was confined to the engine bay when crews arrived around 10.45pm.
"Crews used one hose reel jet, a thermal imaging camera and small tools to deal with the fire," said a spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
"The cause was deemed as accidental. Duty of care was left with the Police."
