A YOUNG man attacked three other men on the same day in Taunton, Taunton Magistrates' Court has heard.
Jake Anthony Power, 24, of Eaton Crescent, Taunton, pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating on August 30 last year.
He was fined £115, with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Jake Power was ordered to pay a total of £250 in compensation to his victims.
JORDAN Power, 20, of the same address, also admitted assaulting two men by beating on the same day.
He was given a community order, a £100 fine, and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
He must pay a total of £400 compensation.
JAMIE John Stuartharper-Board was found guilty of FOUR counts of failing to give information relating to the identity of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Stuartharper-Noard, 51, of Manor Road, Taunton, received six penalty points on three of the offences and was given a six-month driving ban for the fourth offence.
He was ordered to pay a total of £160 in fines and a £34 victim surcharge for the four offences, which took place on different dates in 2019 and 2020.
He was also given a £40 fine and three penalty points for jumping a red light.
AN Ilminster man was handed a 21-day driving ban after pleading guilty to speeding.
Nicholas Ryan Hawes, 40, was clocked at 57mph in a 30moh zone at Henlade on June 5 last year.
He was fined £430, with a £43 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
