A MAN from Wells also appeared in Yeovil Magistrates' Court this week.
Richard Gary Weston, 43, of Laurel Cottages in Wells, was fined £264 for three counts of assault by beating.
He also received a community order, asked to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
He pleaded guilty to the offences.
A woman from Yeovil was fined £200 for failing to provide a breath test when suspected of drink driving.
Diana Gray, 63, from Sutton Montis Road, Queen Camel, was also given a community order, a £95 victim surcharge and asked to pay £85 in costs.
She was also disqualified from driving for 48 months when she appeared in Yeovil Magistrates' Court this week.
Gray pleaded guilty to the offence.
David Henson, 44, of Lordsmead Road, Mere, Wiltshire, also appeared at Yeovil Magistrates' Court.
He was give 120 hours unpaid work over the next 12 months for drink driving in Yeovil.
Henson also had to pay a £95 victim surcharge, £85 in costs and has been disqualified from driving for 24 months.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
Ryan Palmer, 24, of Roping Road in Yeovil, also appeared in court and was found guilty of drink driving.
He was fined £276 and asked to pay a £4 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
Palmer has been disqualified from driving for 17 months.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
