A MAN from Martock was fined £400 for drink driving.
Joe George Cousins, 25, of Stapleton Close, appeared at Yeovil Magistrates' Court last week.
He also has to pay a £40 victim surcharge, £85 in costs and is disqualified from driving for 15 months.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
Richard Valentin Duma, 24, was also fined for drink driving.
Duma, of Rectory Road in Shepton Mallet, has to pay a £369 fine, £37 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
He has been disqualified from driving for 19 months.
He also drove the vehicle without the correct licence or insurance, but no separate penalty was given for this.
Duma pleaded guilty to the offences.
A man also appeared in court after he damaged a wing mirror.
Richard De Lange, 31, of Queen Camel in Yeovil, had to pay £468.08 in compensation and £45 in costs.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
