A MAN has been given a restraining order after he was found guilty of assault by beating at Yeovil Magistrates' Court.
Lance Dunster, 56, of Newton Road in Yeovil appeared in court on Wednesday (March 24).
He was also given a community order, fined £32, asked to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
Dunster pleaded guilty to the offence.
Kylun Talbot, 19, of Coleford in Radstock was given a 12 month conditional discharge for resisting police officers in the execution of duty.
He also has to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £45 in costs.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
Another man was given a community order for assault by beating at Yeovil Magistrates' Court on March 24.
Adam Mark Baker, 40, of Balch Row in Wells was also fined £80, asked to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
