AN Ilminster man is due in court next week charged with a string of driving offences in the town.
Quentin Ashplant, aged 30, of Bayhill, is charged with failing to stop following a collision in Station Road at 11.15pm on March 27.
He is also charged with failing to report the collision, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving without due care and attention and obstructing police.
He is due before South Somerset Magistrates in Yeovil on Thursday, July 12.
