THE Old Ilminsterians Association anniversary service will be held at the Minster on July 14.
FORMER pupils of Ilminster Grammar School are being invited to a special reunion next Saturday, July 14.
The Old Ilminsterians Association is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a church service at the Minster followed by meals at the Shrubbery Hotel.
The Bishop of Taunton, the Rt Rev Peter Maurice, will attend the Minster service at 11am to dedicate a new window, and will be accompanied by the Ven John Reed and the Rev Preb Alastair Wallace.
Afterwards, there will be lunch at the Shrubbery followed by the evening anniversary dinner at 7.30pm.
All are welcome to the church service but any Old Ilminsterians wishing to attend either lunch or dinner should phone Dr Michael Tutcher on 01460-74231 to book a place.
