BARRINGTON Village will be holding an open day next Saturday, July 7, including a flower festival in recognition of Barrington court's centenary celebrations.
Gardens in the village will be open from 10.30am-4.30pm, including live music, a scarecrow competition, and Morris dancers.
A Punch and Judy show will also be entertaining visitors, as well as various stalls being held throughout the village.
A range of 30 pre-war cars will be on display with a thatching demonstration and a potting and kiln firing display.
Lunch will also be available, with live music and cover in the event of rain.
Lighter lunches and refreshments are available in a continental style café in one garden, and coffees, ices and cream teas around the village.
The flower festival will continue on Sunday, July 8, with the Shepton Beauchamp bell-ringers performing before a special Barrington Day Songs of Praise, which starts at 6pm.
