HORTON MM Committee will be hosting its Party in the Park at Thornleigh Caravan Park, Hanning Road, Horton, on Saturday, July 7 This year's party, The Horton Tattoo, follows on from last year's successful nautical themed event.
The party will include entertainment from The City of Plymouth Pipe and Drum Band who have entertained crowds all over the world, and the welcome return of Bedrock, who wowed the crowds when they played the main stage several years ago.
Entertainment will also be provided with a cabaret and community singing, and a firework display by Celebration Fireworks, Bodmin.
The ATC Squadrons of the Devon and Somerset Wings will be performing a Silent Drill routine, and a Rifle Drill routine, as well as several flyovers from a Spitfire of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight throughout the day - weather permitting.
The raffle this year will be in aid of St Peter's Church, Horton, who will use the proceeds to help install a loop system for the hard of hearing.
