A CHARD husband and wife team will be hosting a psychic fair at Chard Guildhall on Saturday.

Sue and Mike Hudd will be introducing a number of top professionals to the town, where people can explore psychic readings and spiritual treatments and goods.

Sue will be featuring in the fair, and is a psychic Clairevoyant, who has worked for Sky TV for three years.

Sue is due to appear in the Daily Express this week, and has just finished filming a pilot for daytime show on ITV which, if it is successful, could take her to America and all over the world.

She specialises in reading people's signatures and tarot cards to tell them their past, present and future and has even read the signatures of the rich and famous.

Sue said: "You can tell everything from someone's signature, from their love life to careers.

"I've read for a lot of people, some really high up in film, TV and even in the music industry."

Sue and Mike have travelled all over the country to psychic events and fairs, since she took it up professionally around eight years ago.

Businesses also have an interest in the psychic world, hiring signature readers to check out potential employees.

Sue added: "If there's a handwritten section in a job application, the company is most likely employing someone like me to look at applicants' handwriting and tell them what kind of employee they would be, if they are in the right job or if they are likely to be trouble.

"It's a very different life from being a normal little girl in Chard."

Although there are a number of psychics around, Sue is seen to be at the top of the industry, and advises people to go on recommendation if they want to have a personal reading.

* The fair will be held at Chard Guildhall from 10am-5.30pm with a range of stalls selling goods from healing products to crystals and candles.

Demonstrations, readings and talks will also take place throughout the day, with a number of top psychics and professionals on hand.

Among those includes Chard Clairevoyant, Jo Lister and TV psychic, Sue Hudd.

Entry to the fair is £1.50 although individual readings are extra.
