MEAD Patrick 'Pat' Formerly of Chard. Passed away peacefully on 29th February 2024, aged 93 years. Dearly loved partner of the late Viv, much loved dad, grandad, and great grandad. Funeral Service to take place at Taunton Crematorium on Wednesday 20th March at 3.20pm. Family flowers only please, for those wishing to, donations for Queen Charlotte Residents Amenity Fund may be given at the service or sent c/o B. Gibbs Funeral Services Ltd.
