PHELPS Valerie Passed away peacefully on 3rd April 2023, aged 85 Years. Dearly loved wife of Rex, treasured mum of Lynn and the late Mark, grandma and great grandma. Funeral Service to take place at Taunton Crematorium on Tuesday 25th April at 12.00pm.
